  2. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, scope of work, or site observations.

Scheduling, Weather, and Cancellations

  1. All scheduling is subject to weather conditions and availability. Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

  2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, excessive property hazards, or repeated nonpayment

Customer Responsibilities

  1. You must ensure lawn areas are free of obstacles such as toys, hoses, debris, and pet waste before service. 

  2. We are not responsible for damage to items concealed in grass or hidden below visibility. 

  3. You agree to inform us of irrigation systems, buried wiring, uneven ground, loose gravel, or any other hazards that may impact safe service.

Payments and Billing

  1. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made in writing. 

  2. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, and Credit Cards through stripe

  3. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

Service Limitations and No Warranties

  1. Services are performed using reasonable skill and industry-standard practices. 

  2. We do not guarantee outcomes affected by weather, soil conditions, pests, disease, or customer upkeep. 

  3. This website and all service information are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability Limitations

  1. While we are fully insured, we are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or conditions outside our control. 

  2. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the cost of the specific service performed on the date of the issue.

  3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or third parties.

Intellectual Property
